1. Services Offered
We provide installation, repair, maintenance, and inspection of residential and commercial air conditioning and HVAC systems. Also, handyman services such as painting, tile work, etc. Services include but are not limited to:
- System diagnostics and troubleshooting
- AC unit replacement and installation
- Seasonal maintenance and tune-ups
- Ductwork inspection and repair
- Thermostat and control setup
- Painting
- Tile Work
2. Appointments and Scheduling
All services are by appointment only. Emergency services may be available for an additional fee. Appointment times are estimates and may vary due to weather, traffic, or unexpected delays.
3. Pricing and Payments
- All pricing will be provided prior to work commencing.
- A service call fee may apply for diagnostics.
- Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed.
- Accepted payment methods: [list methods – e.g., cash, credit/debit, online payment]. No checks!
- Late payments may incur a 15% fee after 5 days.
4. Deposit Policy
- A deposit is required for all installation jobs and significant repairs.
- Deposit amounts are typically 50% of the total estimate or a flat fee for costs, whichever is greater.
- Deposits are due before work is scheduled.
- Deposits are non-refundable unless canceled by the company or under specific written exceptions.
- Remaining balance is due upon job completion.
5. Cancellations and Rescheduling
- Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
- A cancellation fee may apply for short-notice changes.
- No-shows may be charged the full-service call fee.
- If a job is canceled after materials have been ordered or work has started, the deposit may be forfeited.
6. Warranty and Guarantee
- We offer a 3-month workmanship guarantee on labor.
- Equipment warranties are subject to the manufacturer’s terms.
- Misuse, neglect, or unauthorized tampering voids any warranty.
7. Customer Responsibilities
- Ensure clear and safe access to the unit.
- Secure pets and remove personal items from the work area.
- Disclose any known issues or prior repairs.
8. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for damages resulting from pre-existing conditions, improper use, or customer-supplied equipment. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.
9. Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy. Your information will only be used to provide services, communicate with you, and process payments. We do not sell or share personal data with third parties.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website or provided directly to clients.
11. Dispute Resolution – Arbitration Clause
In the event of any dispute, claim, or disagreement arising out of or relating to the services provided, both parties agree to resolve the matter through binding arbitration rather than in court.
- Arbitration will be conducted in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA) or a similar neutral organization.
- The arbitration will take place in West Palm Beach, Florida, unless both parties agree otherwise.
- Each party will bear its own legal costs and share arbitration fees equally, unless the arbitrator rules otherwise.
- This clause does not prevent either party from seeking temporary or preliminary injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent immediate harm.
- By accepting services, the customer waives the right to file a lawsuit or participate in a class action regarding any disputes covered by this clause.
